Christmas Returns Season 2017

We want you, your family and your friends to love the gifts they receive this Christmas,
so our Christmas season has now begun.

Feel rest assured to make a purchase anytime from today and still be able to return in
January 2018 if needed.

Therefore we are happy to extend our 30 day returns policy over the festive period.

Any purchases made between 1st November 2017 and 13th December 2017 can be
returned until 14th January 2018.

For purchases made on or after 14th December 2017 the standard 30 day policy applies.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order or need to swap colour, size or style, Arcane Store accepts any returned items if returned within 30 days of receipt and only if goods are in a new and unused condition with original tags and packaging.

After receiving your returned parcel we will take the appropriate action depending on your request for either a replacement item or refund.

  1. There is no need to contact us before sending a return.
  2. Download the Returns Form on this page.
  3. Fill out the Returns Form with clear information as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If an exchange is needed please provide clear colour or size changes requested.
  4. If returning garments, they must be unworn and unwashed.
  5. Make sure to package the items securely and to include your filled in Returns Form.
  6. Send your parcel to: Arcane Store Returns,  37-39 Pound Street, Carshalton, Surrey, SM5 3PG, UK
  7. Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. We recommend sending your parcel via a recorded or tracked service and retain a proof of postage for your records. Please note, all goods are returned to us at your own expense. We can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error, or faulty goods.
  8. UK Customers – You will receive refund credit or your exchanged order (if in stock) within seven working days of receipt.
    NON-UK Customers – You will receive refund credit or your exchanged order (if in stock) within 15 working days of receipt.
  9. Refunds or exchanged items are generally dealt with much quicker than this.  Feel free to contact us at any time if you feel the wait has been too long.
  10. As an EU customer you have 7 working days after the day of receipt to cancel your order in line with Distance Selling Regulations. Please email complete with your order number as we can issue a refund for you.
  11. If you require a refund we will need your items to be received back to us before we can process your refund.
  12. In some circumstances we may allow for exchanges to be made after the 30 day period but they will only be eligible for an exchange. No refunds will be offered.
